Earthwork Laborers and Truck Drivers
Ashwill Companies is searching for Earthwork Laborers and Truck Drivers.
Excavation Foreman
The foreman manages crew members so work is completed in a safe, orderly and cost-effective manner. This position reports to the Operations Manager. The foreman operates equipment and performs production activities to complete installation. The position will also require foresight to forecast material, labor, and equipment for the next stage of the project. Experience with layout and the ability to manage project plans is a must.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

Experience performing/leading excavation activities
Ability to read/manage project plans and specifications
Experience operating most heavy earthwork equipment
Valid commercial driver’s license
Experience managing crew safety – conducting weekly crew training
Maintaining accurate daily records of materials used for each project
Experience with layout and establishing grades
Managing/scheduling deliveries, inspections and site meetings
Experience and physical ability to complete a wide range of light commercial, commercial and utility projects
