CSAH Bridge 72J74 Construction

Ashwill Companies partnered with Swift County to replace a wood bridge with a double box culvert on County Road 9 near Arlington.  The project consisted of many challenging tasks such as: rerouting the water flow from the county ditch, removal of the existing wooden bridge, subcutting soils and prepping for the new double box culvert, installation of the precast units, backfilling, grading, erosion control devices, and reconstructing the disturbed section of County Road 9.  The project began in the spring of 2023 and was completed the fall of 2023.
